■Name:2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo dedicated electric carts for movement around the venue perimeter road.
■Location:2025 World Expo Japan venue (outer road operation)
■Period:From Sunday, April 13, 2025 to Monday, October 13, 2025.
■Content:This is a rented electric cart that can move along the perimeter road of the Expo site. It is possible to travel between the designated boarding and alighting points on the course. *It cannot enter inside the large roof ring.
■Operating hours:Basic operating hours from 10 AM to 6 PM.
※Arrangements can also be made outside of the above-mentioned time.

■Rates:Per vehicle (with driver)
・1-hour charter course: 16,500 yen
・2-hour charter course: 33,000 yen
・3-hour charter course: 49,500 yen
・4-hour charter course: 66,000 yen (10:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 18:00)
・8-hour charter course: 132,000 yen (10:00 - 18:00)
■Application deadline:23:59 two days before the date of use.
■Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation 7 days to 2 days before - 20%
Cancellation the day before - 50%
Cancellation on the day - 100%
Reservations are required in advance.

* This is the estimated time required between each disembarkation (boarding) point. Please use it as a reference.
* Please be aware that there may be delays due to traffic conditions.
●The meeting points are "S1 East Gate" and "S2 West Gate." *The driver and cart will be waiting.
●Please arrive at the designated meeting place five minutes before your reserved time.
●Changes to the reserved private rental time cannot be made.
●The cart operating area and boarding/alighting points are located on the outer ring road (outside of the track).
●We will operate to the nearest boarding/alighting point for destinations such as pavilions. * You cannot board or alight at any locations other than points.
●Due to traffic regulations prohibiting right turns (with some exceptions), it may take time to reach the designated boarding/alighting points.
●The "Cart Guest Pass" provided by the driver upon boarding must be carried at all times while using the cart.
●Please wear your seatbelt while driving and be careful not to extend your body outside the vehicle.
●Entrance tickets for the 2025 Osaka/Kansai Expo are not included in the fee.
■Request Regarding Cart Usage
The cart will operate outside the visitor area. Since the boarding area is outside the visitor area, please make sure to carry your "EXPO 2025 Cart Guest Pass." After using the cart, the "EXPO 2025 Cart Guest Pass" must be returned to the cart staff.
■Guide to Boarding and Alighting Points
In principle, you will board and alight at the pick-up and drop-off points along the perimeter road inside and outside the venue. Vehicle entry into the visitor area is restricted, so you will need to walk to your desired pavilion.
➀Gather at the selected meeting point.
➁Present the ticket information that was sent to the driver via email in advance. *Both paper and mobile screen are accepted for check-in.
➂Receive a pass from the driver.
➃The driver will guide you to the desired stop.
⑤Return the pass to the driver when you leave.
