A One-Day Bus Tour to Efficiently Explore
Tsunoshima Bridge, Motonosumi Shrine, and Akiyoshido
This bus tour takes you to three must-see scenic highlights in Yamaguchi Prefecture: Tsunoshima Bridge, Motonosumi Shrine, and Akiyoshido Cave.
Even popular attractions that are difficult to access by public transportation can be efficiently visited on a convenient day trip.
You can also choose your drop-off location in either Nagato City or Yamaguchi City, allowing flexible travel plans—such as continuing by JR train from Nagato City Station toward Hagi, or staying overnight at Nagato Yumoto Onsen to relax and enjoy the hot springs.

Tsunoshima Ohashi Bridge is a popular filming location featured in numerous TV commercials. Its breathtaking view—featuring resort-like white sand beaches and vibrant cobalt blue waters—has become a social media sensation, earning it a spot among Japan’s top scenic destinations.

Motonosumi Shrine is famous for its breathtaking view of 123 red torii gates stretching toward the Sea of Japan. The vivid contrast between the vibrant red gates, the deep blue sea, and the lush green surroundings has made it one of the world’s most visually striking shrines.
Worship Suspension Periods at Motonosumi Shrine
During suspension periods, visitors cannot enter the shrine grounds or pass through the red torii gates; however, photography of the torii gates and viewing Ryugu no Shiofuki (the coastal blowhole) are still possible.

Located 100 meters underground within Akiyoshidai Quasi-National Park, Akiyoshido Cave is designated as a Special Natural Monument of Japan. The cave maintains a constant temperature of around 17°C year-round, making it cool in summer and warm in winter, and comfortable to explore even on rainy days.
