Embark on a one-day bus tour to efficiently explore and enjoy Tsunoshima Ohashi Bridge and Motonosumi Shrine
Tsunoshima Ohashi Bridge and Motonosumi Shrine are two of Yamaguchi Prefecture’s must-see scenic destinations. This one-day bus tour offers an efficient way to visit both sites, while also giving you the chance to enjoy and shop for Yamaguchi’s regional products and local specialties at a roadside station along the route.
The tour also
serves as a convenient means of transportation from Nagato Yumoto Onsen or Nagatoshi Station to Yamaguchi City—perfect for the day after a relaxing stay in Nagato Yumoto Onsen.
*During the suspension period (March 1–31, 2026), visitors may still take photos of the Red Torii Gates and view Ryugu no Shiofuki on weekends and national holidays.

Tsunoshima Ohashi Bridge is a popular filming location featured in numerous TV commercials. Its breathtaking view—featuring resort-like white sand beaches and vibrant cobalt blue waters—has become a social media sensation, earning it a spot among Japan’s top scenic destinations.

Motonosumi Shrine is famous for its breathtaking view of 123 red torii gates stretching toward the Sea of Japan. The vivid contrast between the vibrant red gates, the deep blue sea, and the lush green surroundings has made it one of the world’s most visually striking shrines.
*During the suspension period (March 1–31, 2026), visitors may still take photos of the Red Torii Gates and view Ryugu no Shiofuki on weekends and national holidays. Please note that the stay time at Motonosumi Shrine will be shortened during this period.

Ranked No. 1 in the Chugoku, Kyushu, and Okinawa regions—and No. 10 nationwide—by the magazine Roadside Station Power Rankings: The Best of 1,213 Stations Selected Nationwide (May 2024 edition), Senzakitchen is an extremely popular michinoeki (roadside station).
Here, visitors can savor the flavors of Nagato with a wide variety of fresh seafood, locally grown vegetables, and other regional specialties available at direct sales outlets. The station also features restaurants, barbecue huts, and more—perfect for a taste of local life.
Operated by a local seafood wholesaler with a 130-year history, this restaurant serves a fresh and flavorful seafood set meal featuring the bounty of the sea.
Inside, visitors can shop for local products such as seafood items, confectionery, sake, and regional specialties.
The separate sweet-potato dessert shop “Ao to Imo to.” is especially popular for its freshly piped rich sweet-potato Mont Blanc, as well as sweet-potato cakes and crispy kenpi.
